A three movement work suitable for recital or service use. The first movement is a bright and vibrant march, marked “unwavering.” In “Air,” a lyrical melody is presented over a lush accompaniment. The final Toccata abounds with energetic syncopations and cross-rhythms, bringing the work to an affirmative conclusion.
