Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are added to each order based on the total value of the order (before discounts). In the US, standard shipping is $3.99 for orders under $50. Orders $50-100 are $5.99 and orders over $100 are $7.99. Next day and Second day shipping is also available for an additional charge, which will be added at checkout.

All items are shipped from our facility in Verona, NJ (USA) by USPS or UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Please allow 2 weeks shipping time (US orders) or 4 weeks shipping time (outside US) for ground shipments.

Orders with a value up to $50 are shipped by US Postal Service (for US orders) or First Class International (outside US). At our discretion, orders over $50 are shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service) or US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please provide a street address for UPS shipping. Outside the US, orders over $50 are shipped by Global Priority Mail.

Customers may request expedited shipping (for an additional charge) by contacting customer service. Options vary by country and shipping method.

Returns

Customer Satisfaction is our first priority! Any defective items or items shipped in error may be returned for replacement. All returned items must be in as-new resellable condition, in the original packaging.

All printed editions are custom-printed and are not returnable unless defective or shipped in error. Please check your order carefully at checkout.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. Shipping charges are not refundable, and returned items are shipped at customer expense.

To return an item, please call or email our Customer Service Department with your order number and request to return an item (be sure to include the reason for the return if emailing). We will issue a RA number and instructions to return. All returned items must have a RA number clearly placed on the outside of the package.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it at no charge. If however, it has entered into print production, it is not possible to cancel and you are responsible for payment. Printed editions are a customized product, therefore, we may not be able to resell the customized product.

If you must cancel an order for any reason, please email or call our Customer Service Department immediately for assistance. Our Customer Service Representative will determine whether the order has already started in production and reply with your available options.
