FAQ


Q: How do I search for music?

A: You can use the “Search” field at the top of the page to look up composers and titles OR use the “Browse By” tab on the left side of the page to find titles by instrument, composer, publisher, etc.


Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: All orders are print-on-demand and generally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders ship from our facility in Verona, NJ.


Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Most orders ship via USPS 1st Class for Standard Shipping. Large orders will ship either by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.


Q: Am I able to “Rush” my order?

A: Expedited shipping options are available in the check-out process, and prices are determined based upon the number of items in your cart. Please note that as all orders are print-on-demand, it will still take up to 1-2 business days to print and prepare your order. The expedited options in check-out apply only to your choice of shipping. Expedited orders will ship either by USPS or FedEx based upon size and destination.


Q: Do you ship orders Internationally?

A: Yes, we ship most International orders via USPS. Shipping times and cost(s) will vary based upon the destination. Expedited shipping options are also available for most destinations at check-out via USPS.

*Due to COVID-19, shipping to the following countries is no longer supported by USPS: Poland, Belgium & The Netherlands. For the time being, we are only able to use FEDEX or UPS to deliver successfully to these destinations, which has unfortunately resulted in a large increase in shipping cost. Please email for more information.


Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or Check/Money Order. Please note that if you select Check/Money Order, your order will not ship until payment has been received and cleared by our bank.


Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Customer Satisfaction is our first priority! Any defective items or items shipped in error may be returned for replacement. All returned items must be in “as-new” resellable condition, in the original packaging.

All printed editions are custom-printed and are not returnable unless defective or shipped in error. Please check your order carefully at checkout.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. Shipping charges are not refundable, and returned items are shipped at customer expense.

To return an item, please call or email our Customer Service Department with your order number and request to return an item (be sure to include the reason for the return if emailing). We will issue a RA number and instructions to return. All returned items must have a RA number clearly placed on the outside of the package.


Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it at no charge. If however, it has entered into print production, it is not possible to cancel and you are responsible for payment. Printed editions are a customized product, therefore, we may not be able to resell the customized product.
